The Master Trainers are chosen by the Senior Citizen Organization or we welcome any individual who may volunteer to take up the responsibility of training other older persons in the community.
Our small-group workshops are given in community settings. They are facilitated by two leaders chosen by Senior Citizen Organisations.
The workshops are highly interactive, focusing on building skills, sharing experiences, and support.
Our workshop is designed to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their symptoms, better manage their health problems, and lead fuller lives.
Our main mission, however, is research.
